In short: there are no accounts here. You can search and read without telling us anything, and applying happens on the employer's own website, so we never receive your application or your CV. We do not sell anything to anyone.

What we collect

If you contact us, or tell us you are hiring, we keep your email address and what you wrote so we can answer you. Nothing else is collected from you directly.

What we measure

We record which pages are viewed, what is searched for, and which outbound job and company links are clicked, along with the rough country and whether the device is a phone or a computer. We do not use these counts to identify visitors, store IP addresses in our analytics database, or set analytics cookies. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views with a lightweight, cookieless script; it does not track individual visitors.

Who sees it

Only the people who run Join a Startup. There is no candidate database, so there is nothing for an employer to search or browse. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
